Cinda M. Serianni, LL.B. is the founder and principal advisor at Compliance Rx. She brings over 20 years of legal and compliance leadership in the pharmaceutical industry — including 16 years as Associate General Counsel at Gilead Sciences Canada, where she led legal and compliance across the company's Canadian commercial affiliate and Alberta-based R&D facility.

 

Cinda has advised C-suite leadership on regulatory strategy, built compliance programs from the ground up, led internal investigations, and negotiated complex commercial agreements — all within Canada's life sciences regulatory environment.

She is a board member of Women General Counsel Canada, where she leads the Peer Mentorship Program. She also teaches in the Law Clerk Program at Niagara College and hosts Simply Cinda, a podcast empowering women navigating midlife reinvention.
